1. Who is POPCORN GENERAL STORE

POPCORN GENERAL STORE is a Hong-Kong based retailer that focuses on selling “urban lifestyle” or “street style” fashion for men and women.

2. Do you ship outside the Philippines?

>Unfortunately, we only ship orders in the Philippines. You may ask a friend or relative to receive the order in your behalf then have him/her ship it to you instead.

4. How is the order shipped? 

> All orders will be shipped through our partner couriers. 

> It will take an average of 2-3 working days for Metro Manila and 5-8 working days for provinces.

5. How much is the shipping cost? 

> There is free shipping available for all orders with minimum purchase of Php3000

> There is a fixed shipping cost of Php200 for all orders with cart purchase of Php2999 and below. 

6. What are the different payment options and refund?

Refunds

> All refunds will be via bank deposit. Our customer support will be in communication with you throughout the process.

7. What is your exchange and return policy? 

> Your item is eligible for a free return or exchange if it meets the following conditions:

a. Within 7 days of receipt

b. Invoice available

c. Original condition & tags intact

d. Original packaging

> Should you wish to return your item, please send an email to popcornph@chgglobal.com.ph stating your reason for returning along with the proof that your item is eligible.
> Customer Service will assist and coordinate with you the fastest way to return your item.
